The pasta we use in our lasanya is hand-made by our chefs, using semolina, eggs and a bit of water. Our pesto is made using basil imported from Liguria so it tastes like real Genovese pesto!
In the Focacceria we prepare a mixture of Ligurian (Italian) and Cornish (English) products simply because Clare and I are from these areas. We aim to offer a product that tastes as good as home-made, using delicious traditional recipes.
Our products are all hand-made without using preservatives and using only the best raw materials.
When can we try Buenas Migas? Whenever you like! We are open all day!
